[ either, neither 는 다음의 형용사,대명사, 부사 세 가지로 쓰입니다.]
[ 오늘은 이들 3가지 용법중 either 의 "부사의 용법" 에 대해서 설명하겠습니다 ]
[ either, neither 를 이해하는데 있어서 가장 중요한 것은 either, neither 원래 "둘 중 어느 하나",
"둘 중 어느 한쪽" 를 나타내는 단어라는 것입니다 ]

부사 : (부정문뒤에서) ....도 또한 아니다. You don't like eggs. I don't like, either.
형용사 : (둘 중) 어느 한 쪽의. Sit either side.
대명사 : (긍정문에서) (둘중 어느한쪽) Either of you is right.
대명사 : (부정문에서) (둘중 어느 한쪽도 아니다) I don't know either. ( = I know neither. )
(참고); not...either = neither.

부사 : (부정문뒤에서) ....도 또한 아니다. I don't smoke, and neither do I drink.
형용사 : (둘중) 어느 한 쪽의... 아니다. I like neither book. ( = I don't like either book )
대명사 : (둘중) 어느 쪽도 ...아니다. Neither of the books is good.
오늘 공부 포인트 (a) : not .....either ; .....도 또한 아니다.
(a) 부정문 뒤에서 ; not....either ; ...도 또한 않다/아니다 ; 라고 맞장구 칠때 씁니다.
A ; I don't like eggs.
B1 ; I do not like, either. ( = I like neither ) ( = Neither do I )
not ...either = neither.
A ; I don't smoke.
B ; I don't smoke, either. ( = Neither do I )
(긍정문 뒤에서는 too 를 씁니다 )
A ; I like eggs.
B ; I like eggs, too. ( = So do I ) ( 회화체에서 = me too )
[ 여러분, " 너 그 영화 좋아해. 나도 좋아해 " 라고 할때는 I like that movie, too 라고 too를 쓰는데,
" 너 그 영화 안좋아해.. 나도 안 좋아해" 라고 할때는 I don't like, either. 라고 either 를 씁니다.
즉, 긍정문에서는 too 를 쓰고, 부정문에서는 either 를 쓰는 것이죠. either 가 이렇게 쓰일때,
부사적 용법이라고 합니다. 그리고, not either = neither 도 꼭 알아 두시고요..]
