오늘은, 주택 건설업체에서 근무하는 Sarika가, 고급소재의 목재를 구입하기
위해서 캐나다 밴쿠버에 있는 업체를 방문해서 방문의 목적을 설명하는
내용입니다.

이 주택업체는 일본에서 부동산(물건)의 건설과 판매를 전문으로 하는
회사로, 목재 (timber)를 지금까지는 스칸디나비아 (Scandinavia)와
북아메리카 (North America)에서 수입해 오고 있는데, 새로 고급지향의 

고객을 타겟으로 한 목재의 수입을 캐나다에서 하고자 공급업체를 찾고 

있는 중에, 이 업체를 방문해서 회사소개와 함께 방문목적을 설명하는

내용입니다.

Sarika: Thank you for taking the time to meet me today.
           Western Homes specializes in construction and selling
           of properties in Japan. I'm responsible for purchasing
           materials from abroad.

Sarah: Thank you for your visit, Sarika. I'm in charge of marketing.
           We are always keen to diversify our overseas buyers.

Sarika: I'd like to explore potential business opportunities with your
             company. You seem to have a wide range of high-quality products.            
Sarah: Yes, our products range from timber to kitchen units and cabinets.

Sarika: We import timber mainly from Scandinavia. We also import North
            American timber, and we are looking for suppliers for our high-end
            customers.

Sarah: I see. Well, we are confident of our product quality.
           I will explain to you later how we maintain our standards, when
           we show you around our factory.
